A dedicated small Product development Team works both on the outsourced product development and for in-house products. In-house products are mostly for achieving process ease and for developing products for the Indian market.

The team has expertise in developing many products for clients, especially through the outsourced model for Speech to Text, Web / desktop based products. The team has also developed products like SMS based solutions, Voice, Barcode and Internet for the local markets. The focus is to develop an additional venture in the year 2010 focusing on product development, as a separate specific activity.
