Process Model:
Any process should ensure continuous improvement with experience to make efficient use of the system. At UnitedPro we have devised a similar Process model that is constantly revised to ensure the proper need of the client analyzed and the appropriate solution being developed and delivered. We have recently added the Tracking mechanism from the Requirement analysis and to the delivery level for attaining greater perfection in our development and delivery system. This has benefited our clients with reduced delivery time and their participation in the various stages of development.
